Bookings & Consultations
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes. All first-time clients are required to complete a 15-minute style consultation prior to or as part of their booking. This ensures alignment on vision, expectations, and service direction before styling begins.
How do I book a service?
Clients schedule their appointment through the Schedule section. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Payments & Deposits
What is required to secure my appointment?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until this payment is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% is due once your curated looks are finalized and prior to the release of full shopping links or final deliverables.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All payments are processed securely through Squarespace checkout and approved payment platforms connected to BritneyTheBrand.
Turnaround Time
How long does it take to receive my looks?
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days following consultation and confirmed payment.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Expedited (24–48 hour) styling is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
Concierge Purchase & Shipping
Can you purchase and ship items for me?
Yes. Clients may opt for concierge purchasing and shipping services as an add-on.
This includes:
Item sourcing and checkout
Order placement
Shipment coordination
An additional concierge fee applies and all merchandise, shipping, and service fees must be paid in full prior to order placement.
BritneyTheBrand does not front item costs on behalf of clients.
Refunds & Cancellations
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and creative planning invested in each session.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Style Process & Expectations
What do I receive with my styling service?
Each package includes curated outfit concepts, direct shopping links, and styling notes based on your selected service level.
Do you provide physical fittings?
At this time, all styling services are virtual unless otherwise specified.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Completing intake forms accurately
Providing correct sizing information
Reviewing looks and feedback promptly
Communicating timeline changes
BritneyTheBrand is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the client.
Communication
All communication will take place via email unless otherwise arranged. Response times are within 24–48 business hours.
Brand Boundaries
BritneyTheBrand reserves the right to decline or discontinue services that do not align with brand integrity, communication standards, or mutual respect.
